Numerical optimization is not fixed at a appointed simulation system for execution of model calculation. Which program could be used depends on:

  • Design task
  • Working environment
  • Habit of users
  • Modelling afford
  • Available softwares
  • etc.


Here, all different programms as most possible should be processed:

  • How to schedule the model for numerical optimization
  • How to integrate different simulation prgramms by adapted interfaces
  • How to consider special features of parallel processing
  • etc.


To make a large number of the unmanageable programms manageable,

  • All softwares should be catergorized as FEM, CAD, CFD, MBS etc.
  • Within a software class, a generalized approach should be explained
  • For concrete software, a concrete example should be documented


All experts are called, to make their knowledge available for general public.
